The deal with the Messenger 250 never worked out, so back at looking for an amplifier. I was eyeballing the Texas Star amps, but most go for a pretty penny. I got confused on various models that had the SSB button up front vs the Delay button, but then something about the ones with the Delay button cut down on the power etc.... There was a listing a couple days ago on eBay for a Palomar Skipper 350 for a whopping $200! Sucks that the ebay app struggles to send you a notification (It sent it end of the day vs when it actually gets listed.) I woulda snagged that amp in a heartbeat! But by the moment I clicked the listing in the email, it was gone. I am located in Kansas. Hoping someone has one that is no longer used and has been taken care of. (I just hope its a good deal vs the ePay prices.
) I should have funds in the coming weeks.
