I guess someone may start building some smaller and more affordable boxes soon for the 10 and 11 meter guys.

The ALS-1306 is just like the ALS-1300 but adds 6m capability. The ALS-1300 has been out for a few years. As for smaller MOSFET amps for 11m, X-Force is making them although as with any 11m quality seems to be lacking.

It is the future. But too many $$ per watt compared to tubes. Seen a few good 11m designs but why? Unless your stuck on under 50v dc.

XForce doesn't make the MOSFET units. They're magnum boards and finals (erf7530), same as the palomar fet amps, knight amps and the rfx75, rfx159 and sx350 cabinets.

If you can afford to drop 3k on a amp then shouldn't you also use an antenna like this.
