Anyone participate in Field day? I managed to go to the local site today, had a blast, learned a little and made a few contacts on 20 & 40 meters.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/happy.gif ALT=":D">

I went to the local clubs site and wasted my time setting up a 5054DX and Par Electronics loop.Six meters just wasn't on Mother Nature's agenda Saturday.I still had fun and got to place a face to some of the new callsigns I've been hearing.40 meters was pretty hot towards evening.Problems prevented the club from getting the ATV station on the air,that sucked I really wanted to see fast-scan ATV in operation.Maybe next year.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
