Recieved @NightThumper President Lincoln II. Very pleased. Learning curve to my 2950 and Amazon sent me the wrong mic adapter damn them. HOWEVER the radio is as good as new and I would say no one could tell the difference. Beautiful radio thanks Brad I will enjoy messing with this tonight and more so once amazon fixes their president adapter goof!

Received the radio a few days ago, just got a chance to open it up and check it out. Radio was better than described, it is beautiful. First Cobra 29 I've owned, I can see the appeal now. I'm never letting this one go.

You may find that the stock mic for your LII will work as well or better than most aftermarket dynamic mics. They feel small and chinzy at first but actually work and sound pretty good.
