FT-897D CW Filter Alternative

I’m looking for a narrow CW filter; YF-122CN’s are hard to find and expensive. I have an Inrad #703; same 455 2nd IF frequency. Impedance is 2K vs 1K for the #712. Is this a possible wire-in option?
