I'd like to trade my DX-70TH for a good working FT-817D.

My DX-70TH was purchased around 4 months ago from the owner of BUXCOMM Antennas. The unit was NOS and never used. The DX-70 is in mint condition. Shortly after buying it, I shipped it to REMtronix for a complete alignment. Mike @ REMtronics stated that the receive sensitivity was off, but after a full alignment, this rig rocks. I had specific plans for this radio, but have since changed.

I have the alignment documentation. The radio comes with all the original accessories as it did new 9including mount). Radio does not have a mark on it. The box has some chew marks from my sons cat that decided to bite the box as it was sitting on my bed.

This radio has full output on all bands and modes and gets great audio reports. It has less than 10 hours use and most of that was CW.

Anyways, I want to trade for an FT-817ND. It's very difficult to find a DX-70 in the shape that mine is in, not to mention the recent alignment from Alinco service center. If you have a nice unit with a crap load of accessories that increase your value, we can talk and work that out.

All I ask is that your trade be in good operating and cosmetic condition. I'm OCD about shitty looking equipment.

Thanks!

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes

Wes, it's better if you start a thread on the main forum, more people are going to see your question.
