FTM-350 firmware and extend TX mod

I have questions about the firmware updates and the extended TX modification. Should I do the extended TX mod before or after I do the firmware updates? Do I need to install firmware update 1.1 and then 1.2 or will just installing 1.2 cover all the changes? :confused: Thanks in advance.
 

The latest firmware is inclusive of all previous fixes, so just install the last one. For the mod, it's not going to matter when you do it, it will work.

(1)Correction of the SORT FILTER function
In the previous software, there was a problem that the radio did not work correctly under some SORT FILTER function setting and condition.
This problem has been resolved in this firmware.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
