It seems that the FCC is going after records of parts suppliers, distributers and, buyers. The email records, the financial records are all there. Next thing you know, *You* will be getting a *Letter* about your recent purchases / dealings with the illegal amp crowd.

The way the rule is written, you can not offer for sale...... ownership is not a problem.

They have written hundreds of NAL's but, this one seems to be special, the FCC-EB via court order requested records of the company's suppliers, distributors, and, where the finished products went to.
