I just got a galaxy 2527, here is the problem when i turn it on it has no freq counter reading it says PA on the counter?? Than after its on for awile u can read freq counter, and no lights in the meter?? Im going to check volts to meters. and see what i get. Anyone know who is a good tech that can fix this Radio. Thanks.

Update i just found the problem, there are (2 resistors) on the freq display board on the left side of the board?? its burnt up. Anyone know the value of the resistors, or were i can find that info. Thanks 15 in Cali.
 
I hope you paid very little for that radio. It most likely has a bad CPU. Good luck finding one. The resistors go bad after the CPU takes a dump.
 
Thanks thats, what happened 2 bad resistors that i am changing out yea only paid twenty dollars for it. board still good resistors only thing wrong. Thanks #15 in Cali

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
