Galaxy 929

Hi All.
I just put my Galaxy 929 inline today and it seems the power knob doesn't change the power at all. I know the knob
I working. I took the cover off and tried to adj vr 14 & 18 but the highest I can adj the watts is 1 1/2 . Should be set at 3 watts.
Any ideas??

I saw that but I can't get the VR14 above 1 1/2 watts
