i heard 50-60 max watts i guess it just depends on the radio but still is good

Personally after a few changes in the circuitry, I get about 80-90 watts peak. The PA section (amplifier section) runs a lot cooler as well.

well then i will ship it to you if it only does what he says

you can even "SHOW" a few more watts on a meter by cutting a foot off the antenna :twisted:

I HAVE THE gALAXY 93t AND THE GALAXY DX 2517, AND BOTH THE RADIOS STAY TUNED AND DO NOT GO OUT OF TURN, THEIR RECIEVE IS WONDERFUL, THIS IS NOT A SALES PITCH.
POWER IS ALWAYS MORE WITH THE 93T, I RUN A DIO4 TUG9 MIKE ON THE 2517 WITH A 35 YEARD OLD BIG STICK ANTENNA , AND A ALLSTATIC HAND HELD WITH THE 93T/
