I have a 94hp driving a straight 8 pill. Almost enough. It swings around 125 watts. Is there a mod to get to get a little more? I see some specs on the IRF520 as 60 watt transistor and others say 30 watts.

Adding a handful of watts will make NO DIFFERENCE so why worry about it. If you are running say 1200 watts right now you must DOUBLE your power to add 1/2 of an "S" unit to your signal. If you increase the drive from say 125 to 140 no one you talk to will even notice.
