Galaxy DX959 MOSFET question

mine has a date stamp on the back plate that says 4/07.
it has the MOSFET final and driver in it.
it is a different type of transistor used for a driver and final.

So far, the mosfet versions have transistor labeling thats VERY hard to read. If you can't read the part number on the face of the unit, it's probably a mosfet version.
