No surprises there then Jeff, i had a feeling they would have been imported elsewhere under the same or different model names.

Funnily enough CRT France also did the saturn,saturn turbo,and i believe a galaxy neptune too, along with crt branded rci 2950's and umpteen superstar models, i believe they did a couple of connex radios too at that time.as far as i know all were ranger built or had copies of ranger boards in some earlier versions.

All I can say is that the Pluto was the BEST Galaxy made... I had the early LOW BAND and now have a HI BAND by far better then the 88 H/L I have as a base.. Oh yes I run it in the Mobile on a mag mount antenna w/25 watts and have MANY DX contacts with it..
