The 2013 Global Amateur Radio Emergency Communications Conference (GAREC) will take place June 25-27 in Zurich, Switzerland, immediately preceding HAM RADIO -- Europe’s largest Amateur Radio gathering -- in Friedrichshafen, Germany, June 28-30.
