Hi all Been a while. Any thoughts on these rigs? I picked 2 up and 1 works good. A little ify on the recieve though.

Not sure what band your using it for but we use them on MURS with great results. RX has been good on all the units we have as well.
Hi Cheech, The recieve on one is good but the other is crappola. Maybe I can adjust the reciever.
I will see if I can find out how to turn up the RX. Also was wondering who programed the radios for ya becouse its hard to find anyone who can program the GE radios. If I remember right the guy that has programed all ours is in virginia.
I had it programmed by the guy I got it from. (ebay) I can also do it here once I get the cable. I have the software (free from the web) you just need to get the cable. Pretty much all the ge radios have different cables. So if you buy the one for the MVS it will not work for anything else but that radio.
