Has anyone heard of this radioGot it at a yard sale for$5.00.It came with a ALMOTRONICS NO-806 POWER MIKE73s coathanger N.E P.A.

Never heard of it. Although it sounds like it maybe and old crystal radio. Good Luck!!

Sorry Jeff cant get a picture to yaI cleaned it up put a 9 volt bat in the mike hooked it up to the 2000Works well ill try to get some picture out 73s coathanger N.E P.A.

Well got the radio working.I dont know if i said it is a 40 cha.I wish i could get a picture to everyone but i cant yet.SOON I HOPE. The power mike on the radio is a ALMOTRONICS NO-806 UNI-DIRECTIONAL IMPEDANCE DYNAMIC 1K OHM.I put it on the 2000 and got around 40 miles out oe the rarioI cant find that much info on theMaybe ill put it up for sale:mellow:73s coathanger N.E P.A. This radio has the basic Cybernet PLL02A AM chassis. Built-in mike amp, middle-of-the-road driver and final. Pretty much a ho hum radio but for 5 bucks ... a good deal.

Thanks for the info.Like i said the radio works real good on the 2000.Talk some skip the day i got it. Right now iam trying to see if i can get a little skip its 2 in the morning here in P.A. So far i got down to the FLA.not bad for a white boy that dont know what he is doing. A lot of the other CBers make a joke about me going to YARD SALES and getting radios cheepI LOVE WHEN PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE.
