How well do these radios work on am and fm ? Thanks in advance…. Bobby

I have an hp40w which is essentially the same radio with a irf520 x 4 amp on the bottom. Big AM talker but never have played with fm on it.

The general lee innards and function are almost identical to the connex 3300 hp.

The Connex radios I have had were all AM talkers. I never used FM either so not sure about that. I had a regular 3300 and 4300-300.
