How do I disable the talkback that is controlled by the echo on and off switch. If you turn on the echo the talkback comes on and if you turn the echo off the talkback goes off. I really want to use the echo in this radio but not the talkback. Any ideas??? Thanks

I would determine which wire on the switch is for talkback then do one of the following:
Remove the wire from the switch (permanent disable)
Remove the wire from the switch, run it to one leg of a SPST switch, then run a piece of wire from the other leg back to the switch. (on/off talkback feature)
Remove the wire from the switch (permanent disable)
