Georgia Radio Clubs

I am from the Atlanta area and have been looking around for a radio club for a while. Are there any out here in Ga?

Are there any talkers here in the Atlanta area on these forums?

Any direction you can provide would be helpful.

Years ago, I spent a ton of time in Atlanta. I used to make the drive from out west (Coweta County) into Sandy Springs, Fayetteville or onto GA 400 in the Alpharretta area. My TRC 448 or my TRC 451 typically made the trips with me.

There used to be a real active group in DeKalb County; another in North Fulton in the Sandy Springs area; and I also recall a very active group up in Cobb County. That was in the early 80s. On the other hand, it wasn't too long ago that I rode from Hartsfield to GA 400 all the way into Cherokee County. Other than the typical channel 19 activity, I didn't pick up squat.
