is this as easy as it seems to be, i mean its straight forward and to the point..

seems like with a few mods it would be a good amp..
anyone have an experience with this?

A friend fo mine did one for his uncle. If you search you can find everthing you need on the net. He said it was basicly a kit he installed. I want to put a pair in my Clipperton.
