Yeah, not sure how the hoop would hold up to highway speeds. I read they can whistle a bit. Stationary may be good. The design?

GoldenRod 45 A+ antenna
i have an old goldenrod 45 a+ antenna has anybodu ever heard of this antenna ive never seen one like it before so i baught it for 15 bucks at a yard sale thought i could find some more info on here im not even sure on how to go about adjustin the swr on it but its labled 10-11m. thanks

There is, good. I'll look'em up. I think with the mixed reviews I'm reading now, I'll pass on them, at least for use on my rig. Although I have seen truckers out here set similar looking antennas up, when parked, probably to run their hams I imagine.
