So I got this vintage VU meter that was from an estate sale. I popped it open and it looked like somebody did some work to it. I'm curious to ya'll thoughts and opinions.VU meter with the front 1/4 jack are hard to find and I'm curious to a good way to test one. I'm thinking of hooking up a 8 ohm dummy load inside and hooking it up to the ext speaker jack on the radio and inject a signal with the Ole signal generator to a receiver realigament. Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
