I got this GPS 2 or 3 years ago and I finally got to set it up but the PLL not Locking it is stuck on "PLL INIT" I had it running for 2 hr The antenna is out side it has some GPS sates.
The Blue light that has MACT I think is the PLL lock when I first power it on it is full on then after a few minutes it starts blinking slow about 1 per sec i think it needs to flash fast when its locked.
Did i maybe get a bad one? might it just be a bad OCXO that is out of range and the is out of adjustment voltage?
