Grant xl LSB no mods

I need to adjust the tx freq on LSB. I have only a freq counter & voltmeter, no scope. No one locally to do repairs, I sent my 959 in for repairs & I am looking at 4-6 weeks. I need noise...

(Edit) Oops, just noticed, no mods. Since it's locked up still, you'll need to adjust L22. Good luck.

Thanks, can I do this without a scope ? I have a voltmeter & freq counter only. If so, where do i hook up freq counter ? (Poor boy.)
