Had Rex mod done on 880 & now not receiving weather

Well I guess we will never know who Rex is or what his special mod was.

But we do know the Rex mod Rex the weather receive on the radio.

Sorry for some reason I can not edit my original post. The Rex mod was an error. It was the RFX75 mod. Builder said the mod does not allow the weather channels to pass through

That could be true, not sure. You might check with Doug at Custom CB, he was the first guy to get an RFX75 to work well in an 880. He is pretty much the RFX75 guru.
