Gobble gobble!!! And, yes, I ate too much, but was loving every minute of it. Nothing like having one deep-fried turkey and a smoked one to boot!!!

Went rabbit hunting Saturday morning, no rabbits, but bagged 2 nice Quails. Friend of mine says his mom has a tasty Crispy Smoked Quail recipe.

I'll be trying it on my way to work tonight.

I wish I would have had my mom fix it up like she always does. It was alright, but not as good as my mom cooks it. At least I tried it.
