Hard to Log in

I try to log in and site keeps posting new member sign up. I do not select that option. It also states user name already in use when trying to log in. After 4 to 5 times this site finally accepts my sign in.

I just tell it to always remember me and that way I never have to log back on when I come here. I'll have to log out and back in again to see if it happens to me.
