Has ICOM fixed the low SSB power output on the IC-7100?

in a word NO!..they will look at one and it will come back the same,i just had mine fixed by matt now it has stopped transmitting on am .I am done with it and Icom.
I had one for a little while. I don't remember the power issue. I got a IC-9100 instead, so I'll pass on any future 7100's.
