I recently picked up a Heath sb-1400 aka yaesu 747gx minus the the front firing internal speaker. The radio will tx on 15 meters and up. A couple of times it has worked on 10 meters and I was able tx in am cw and usb into a dummy load.Then I turned the radio off, and back on about 30 minutes later and tx on 10 again. I could also hear my self through another radio in the same room. So I know the radio is capable of txing on 10 meters but it is intermittent. I’ve tried leaving it turned on for several hours and no luck.
