So it does matter how its oriented? The big silver band needing to be going to the ground side of the board?If you read it with an inductance meter it's probably between 5 and 15 microhenries. The sequence of color bands doesn't line up with the example at basictables. The side of the choke that was grounded is where you would feed your DC base-bias current.

I am having some difficulty finding the ohms off this resistor. The colors dont match up on any of the calculators online.

Any help on this would be appreciated. It does read half an ohm on a multi meter. Thats all I could find out about it.
