oh yeah I forgot I currently have a plastic bedliner in the bed of the truck that covers most of the metal...so does the radiation go threw the plastic or could that be causing some reflect also with my current antenna location since the bottom of my antenna is right over the plastic bedliner and mounted on the back of the tool box...dang...the more I type the more crappy my setup sounds lol...three yrs tho lol
