It's a 1x4 tube amp. Missing a driver tube, 7 pin, with 6jg6a finals.
Other than the markings on the transformer, I see no other. I see many like it, but haven't found the exact model yet. Thanks for looking.

The missing tube might be the keying tube, just looking at the socket. If you don't have a big relay then that would be it. Hard to say who made it, lots of garage shops were building that style back in the day.
