Help! Ive fitted a type RCH rig to my series 3 landrover along with a gutter mounted Orbitor antenna. All I can get is static which clears on a random basis (carrier wave?). I have tried a direct battery connection with no change and have tried moving the antenna from side of the roof to back of the roof and even the front bumper (fender for the transatlantics out there!), again with no change.



What's next??

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
