Ok. I took in an older amp on trade and can’t find any info on it. It is about 7 inches long 5inches wide and 3 inches long and one end has the typical so-239 connections and the other has 2 switches one labeled rcvr amp off- on and the other is power on- off. It also has 3 lights and says Century pre-amp but no numbers anywhere. Any info would be appreciated. Wattage output? SSB?

If you can't post pictures, write down all the numbers on the finals. and how many.

Century? well that may mean a lot of different things including a pre-amp - as in a 100dB or 100mW amplifier for RECEIVER not necessarily a power amplifier to help the CB or Radio' put out more power.

It can be a single part design or something more exotic - don't expect much...

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
