HELP WITH DOCTORING UP PICTURES

I have a friend that likes the vikings and I want to doctor up a pic of him and his white camaro so its white and purple with a number 4 on the door LOL!! What is a good program or can someone do this for me?
 

'Paint Shop' is probably the most common program, and there are several others. Do you have a picture of the car? Him in it, or next to it?

I think hes next to it so I was thinking of also putting his head on a viking player or brett favres body :lol: I will have to see if I still have the picture

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
