Hello fellas i was hoping to neutralize my finals,(sounds kinda personal) really though how is this usually done? As i just purchased new 12yb7a driver and matched pair 6146w Sylvania / ECG-Philips.The rig is a Kenwood TS-520 :D

1. Get the manual. If you've never done this job before, ESPECIALLY get the manual. Should be available on line somewhere.

2. Be careful. 6146s will have somewhere around 800 volts on the plates when operating.

3. Be sure to use non-metallic tools where the manual (see #1) calls for them.

Hey thanks for all your replys. It's sound easy enough but........ I dont have an oscilloscope or an RF voltmeter.........so i will do it old school by using my yaesu for a reciever and adjust for mimimal "s" meter reading.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
