How far we talkin' here?

google earth hasn't run on my box for years. I do try it again every now and again. at least the latest version doesn't lock things up, it just crashes.
hard to look things up when you've only got .5 seconds...

Been running Google Earth since it's beta days and other than a few glitches in the early years it has been flawless on my PC. Even runs great on my android devices.

I used to use it quite a bit, but since 64 bit... not so much. didn't run well when I had the 64 bit amd processor with linux either. it worked, but was buggy.
I once found a lake in new york that had one full reflection of the moon and several partial moons where they stitched the pics together from different satellite passes.
google maps is almost as good and actually works so that's what I use now but haven't really done any in depth with it's functions.
