For folks having problems with their Prolific 203 (or knockoff) USB-to-Serial adapter cables.
These cables are typically sold to program your Boafeng, YoMommaSahn, TYT, AnyTone and multiple other Cheap Chinese Radios.

This video deals with the "cable/driver stopped working" and "never worked!" problems.
