I found what looks like a radio lab kit at school. I was wondering if anyone here had seen one of these before, or could tell me how to get it working. There's all these terminals you're supposed to connect the components with, and I haven't found any sort of schematic or information at all about it. I've got three of these things, and It'd be neat to get them working.

Welcome to the forum.

Looks like you can listen to commercial AM stations between 610 and 1600khz with this. Or you could go out to you car and turn on the AM radio and hear the same thing too.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
