hummus

does anyone make home made hummus that would mind sharing a good recipe?

or recommend a store bought brand that is good

i'm in the mood for hummus lately, my only problem is i love to eat it with the big Frito's scoop corn chips!

Hummus is good. Here's how I make it. Just toss all the ingredients below into a food processor and puree it.

1 15 oz. can of chick peas (garbanzo beans).
A couple tablespoons of tahini
Two crushed garlic cloves (i like garlic)
a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup light olive oil
I like to drop a couple sun dried tomatoes in there, the ones packed in olive oil.
salt to taste

Put it on pita chips or olive and rosemary flavored Triscuits and you're munching.
