My Titan-KLV203 setup worked great in my 2000 Chevy S-10. moved it to my brandy new 2002 Chevy Silverado and nothing but problems! Hooked up to the aux cig lighter plugs in both vehicles, same antenna (Wilson 1000 MagMount).I now get a 4 or 5 noise level from the fuel pump when engine is running, DK varies from 1.4w to 3w, depending on whether the engine is running or not! HELP!

I would start by running power directly off of the battery, both positive and ground. I would also establish a good ground from the radio case to the chasis near the radio. I used 12 ga. wire in my setup fused at the battery.
