Hey Ron, I'm sure you will do fine. You are already 1 step ahead of me having a 2 meter set up. I don't have any VHF/UHF stuff yet but will probably have a decent set up by the time the skip gets pretty low.. From what I've seen, sometimes the nearest club isn't always the best but maybe you will have more luck. Check Here for a list of clubs in your area and then visit a few or just heat up the phone lines and see whats available. I tried the only "local" club and didn't have much luck then last Sunday nite I called a number for a club 40 miles away that give the test on weekends and told the guy I was only off tues and wed and he got my #, Called me back Monday morning and had a time/place set up for me to meet him and 2 other VE's last nite and gave me the test. Now thats what I call willing to help!<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/happy.gif ALT=":D">
