( this is a keyboard mod, see below)
Set offset to 0.0
Select VFO (A).
Press and hold [SIMP/DUP] and [NOR/REV].
Dial in desired frequency.
Release [SIMP/DUP] button.
Select the other VFO (B).
Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5
if VFO (B) can not be set, transfer VFO (A) VFO (B) using the [WRITE] button as described on page 7, item 6, of the owners manual.
Note: [SIMP/DUP] must be out when the VFO is changed.
If the tuning knob is turned again, the radio will revert back within the normal band range.
