All of the major amateur radio retailers are now taking orders for the IC-7410 which will start shipping in March. The price is $2,000 U.S. That's quite a price jump from the previous 746 Pro model, especially considering 2 meters has been omitted. It will be interesting to see how the market accepts this new price point.
 

I always liked the looks of this rig. The ones I've heard on the air, usually sound great. Recently scored one NOS. Mars mod was a little flakey. I should have bought one a long time ago. The NB on this dude is sweet. FINALLY! I have something that stomps out my pesky powerline noise. The default setting virtually eliminates it with little audio distortion

It's a nice looking radio to boot. I like the big screen. I like it so much, that I'm boxing up my 590SG and selling it.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
