icom ic-m34 problem

Just acquired a nice ic-m34 marine ht. Problem is no RX on wx or marine band? Is there some sort of hard reset?

Thanks but the radio is just a pos. Going to use it for target practice

I have a IC-M34 and it transmit fine but I cannot receive. I have checked and the speaker works as it transmits fine. Do I need to purchase a pc board replacement, and if so where as I am in South Africa... Thanks​
