Icom V80 headphone jack

I need help with my IC-V80, the volume level when using a headset is barely audible even at maximum setting. The headset works normal with another V80 and with my T2H. The cost to send it to Icom for repair would be more than a new one and I'm wondering if there is a fix I can do?
