Ideas for a good ground plane but more mobile smaller

My buddy wants to put up a more mobile smaller ground plane up but nothing too extreme cheap or not decent quality. He may move in a year or two so he can pack it up more easy and reuse it. Of course that tends to make the price cheaper some when smaller sometimes. He's looking to spend maybe max $ 60-70 bucks !!
So something with good ears and transmit also...

Please give some experienced opinions or good knowledge on this type of antenna folks, Retro (Jimbo)

one good small antenna comes to mind sirio m400 starsuster. its all alumin and
setup and take down is a breeze and light weight.as for install you,ll need a 10 foot
mast to install antenna on top of it and coax goes thru pipe.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
