Can anyone Identify this Antenna?

It appears to be a 1/4 wave VHF antenna, maybe for 2 meters or 150 Mhz. It's designed for an NMO mount (and not very well designed it seems). Hope you didn't give much for it.

Haha I know right.
Well its kinda cool cause at the bottom u can unscrew a set screw and use any whip within the diameter.
