West Coast - Washington
Oct 19th is the day set for the activation from the 171 division. This is Svalbard Is, located up in the North Alantic.
Do not know the freq yet, but it will be above the 40. (I think this will also be active on 20 meters.)

27.495 USB is another call freq used by many operators in the Pacific.

It looks like there has been a couple new divisions added for 11 meters.
343 Ducie Is. - S Pacific
344 Montengro - Europe

Also heard of a Swains Is (S Pacific) being added, not sure yet of the Division #.

Where can I find an up to date division list?I have never herd .495 used as a call freq, but at this point of the cycle I doubt I would hear anything from the pacific on the east coast.I'll have to give it a listen in a few years.

Thanks for the great info

PS I hate to be nosey but can I ask if you're an AT ?

You can find a prefix list Here
You can also search other sites such as Sugar Delta, to find a list, some sites have a better "lay out" and it makes it easier to print out.

You ask where I am at....West coast of Washington, just below the B.C. border.
